When we receive a tutoring request, particularly in cases where no recent testing has been conducted, our first step is to connect with the parents. After administering the selected subtests, we provide the parents with a detailed written report of their child’s performance. These results, which include grade and age equivalents, percentile ranks, standard scores, and relative proficiency index scores, offer a clear picture of the student's abilities. We encourage parents to share these findings with school personnel, psychologists, medical practitioners, or other relevant professionals.

This initial assessment also establishes baseline data, marking the student's starting skill level. Upon request, we can conduct a follow-up Woodcock Johnson assessment after a year or more of tutoring to track and measure the student’s progress, providing tangible evidence of their academic growth.
